What should we do before customizing and extending the Microsoft Dynamic xRM system?

Before starting to customize your xRM system, it is very important to take a look all the “Built-in Functionality”. Because Microsoft has released their project with many “built-in features” that can be reused and customized for specified business unit. You can simply change the label or the name of it and enjoy all built-in processes.

For examples about the Sale module, if you customized the Lead management, it may be effected to Sale Order processing, Qualification process…It is basic thing but it tell you the Power of xRM.

Hope it will be useful for someone.
