Getting Meta Data CRM by SOAP in JavaScript

From CRM 2013 version, Microsoft Dynamic CRM has supported EntityQueryExpression to get Meta Data from Microsoft Dynamic CRM. In this article, I will do a demo to demonstrate that we can do that in client script also.
